Champetre Rouge Braucol Domaine Laurent Cazottes, 100% Braucol grape, Certified Organic, bright, juicy, cherry and violet, light in alcohol. This lovely red full of rustic French charm is made of local grape variety Braucol – in fact, Champetre itself means rustic. It’s bright purple, full of vibrant flavours reminiscent of Gamay, with bold cherry fruit and violet overtones. The wine is certified organic from low yielding vineyards, 40 hl/h and made with as little intervention as possible, using natural yeasts and a tiny smidge (2 mg/l) of sulphite at bottling. The wine is unfiltered and unfined. Try with grilled meats or charcuterie
