The fine Fleury Blanc de Noirs biodynamic Champagne is a firm favourite with ourselves and our customers. Deservedly so. Full of exquisite plum and raspberry fruit, it is a Champagne that enchants the senses with its poise and finesse. The elegant mousse lends a touch of creaminess to the mid-palate texture. Dry, with excellent depth and concentration, it makes a great aperitif choice but also has the intensity of flavour to match lighter fish and white meat dishes.
